Tania serves as the founding director of GreenHouse, a social impact incubator hosted at the University of Waterloo for students to create and launch ventures that tackle pressing social and environmental problems. She has supported the launch of hundreds of ventures and has nurtured the entrepreneurial mindset of thousands of undergraduate and graduate students. Prior to her role at the University, she helped organizations drive social change through their consumption and production practices. Tania has a Bachelor and Master of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Toronto, examining social entrepreneurship education.
